<p>It&#8217;s time you met this little gift from heaven&#8230; the FAT BOMB. A fat bomb is basically a little treat, that gives you a huge dose of fat, and not a lot else.  They can be sweet or savory, but I am personally a huge fan of the sweet coconut-oil-based treats!</p>
<p>I&#8217;d like to personally introduce you to my favorite fat bomb creation&#8230; the Lemon Meringue Fat Bomb!<br />

		            <li>Line a 24 count mini-cupcake baking sheet with mini-baking cup liners. </li>
		
		            <li>Melt coconut butter, coconut oil, butter and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously.  </li>
		
		            <li>Remove from heat when melted - it will not be well combined at this point. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and combines. </li>
		
		            <li>Add the lemon juice (about 1/4 cup,) lemon zest, vanilla, Swerve, Stevia, and (optional) lemon essential oil. Continue stirring until combined. </li>
		
		            <li>Pour about a tablespoon of melted mixture into each mini-baking cup (candy molds work well, too.)</li>
		
		            <li>Place the baking sheet in the fridge and let chill for 2 hours.  When hardened enough to easily remove from the liner, ENJOY! </li>
